Dear Diet Fairy,
Yesterday was Day #6, and well I got really tired of making those banana smoothies! I decided to try something different with homemade hashbrowns and healthy brown rice. Again, I hadn’t done much shopping for the week, so I decided to hit up Trader Joe’s and pick up a few items for dinner: steamed clams, bay scallops, shrimp and lettuce, . I had every intention to cook, but I had three meetings yesterday, so I had to opt for some takeout at my favorite taco spot, Sky’s Taco’s in Miracle Mile.

I was crushed that I couldn’t order my favorite tacos are their beef authentic mild tacos, so I opted for a crawfish and salmon taco instead, which turned out to be extremely delicious!

I am really going to need to hit it hard on the track today.

Later that night, we went to Universal City Walk and guess what I had again…tacos, but this time, with SHRIMP and veggies! I know all of these carbs are bad, I just couldn’t resist.
One more day! Cheer me on!

Wow, this looks good Cecily. You are right, the carb content is definitely high on this day. You should opt for more grilled selections…kudos for staying on your diet! I love you guys, you inspire me!
