I can honestly say, it was truly a challenge for me…Day one, I failed…but because I don’t eat seafood, I challenged myself to stick with soup & salad all week. However, I ended up having my protein shake, 2x a day and eating “walnuts & cranberries” everyday for a week. Plus my carrot juice and taking my “Fish Oil” supplement to give me strength throughout this challenge. I notice I was getting dizzy a lot and irritated, very defensive with anyone around me. A “Royal B!” lol. I had zero appetite and that’s not good. So therefore, I will talk to a nutritionist next time we have this pescaterian diet challenge and ask what’s good for me to eat, since, I don’t eat fish! One trainer said I should eat “Egg whites” but I was getting tired of it….
So with that being said, I believe I did a good job last week, I lost 3 lbs. And I was able to eat “meat” again, after the challenge deadline due date…..here’s the footage:
I was really happy, but when I finished my hamburger, I was not feeling good. My stomach was upset. I was irritated again and I was hating myself for eating that burger! I was feeling down. But now I know, I will try to avoid eating meat and subsitute with “Soy Burger” -Boca Burger. It’s better to be healthy than sorry. My eating habits are definitely & gradually changing for the better. Stay strong! Until next time!!!

It’s funny to see you all happy with the burger and you be so moody and uncomfortable later. I found some Garden Burger patties at Smart & Final, they are pretty delicious too!
Haa! You really look happy about getting that meat. But Cec is right. Where’s the footage of how grumpy you were AFTER the burger? That’s the true testimonial.
