Hey yall I live in Los Angeles and met these girl who have a cool work out regimen they are all friends and they hold these hikes at this trail out here called Frymans Trail..theres 5 of them each with a different personality some of them are in the entertainment industry and recognized names like Bernadette Manansala (founder of VFG and Songwriter), Claudia Jordan (Model & TV/Radio Personality), Cecily Wiggins (Comedian & Entrepreneur), Tanjareen Martin (Filmmaker & Actress), Kam Horne (Model/TV Personality), Elise Neal (Actress), and Porscha Coleman (Recording Artist & Actress) ..they record themselves working out, gossiping and them goofing around…never knew working out could be so fun…lol…when you have time check them out valleywoodfitgirlsclub.com
