hey Ladies=ok so I worked out the day I got here. Spent 3 hours swimming and laying out. Then Auta and I went on a 25 minute run and it felt really good. I haven’t seen any track workouts posted by you girls. Today is WEDNESDAY-where is your TRACK WORKOUT????? OK today go to the track=warm up with 4 laps-stretch for 15 minutes REALLY GOOD. Hamstrings and calves and quads. TAKE TIME to thouroughly stretch. Then do those short drills I showed u. 2 of each kind. High knees, butt kicks, skips and those straight legged lean back drills. Then run 10 100 meter strides NOT TOO SLOW ladies. You guys need a fast track workout. These are good for your thighs/hamstrings and your core. Please finish the ENTIRE workout and jog AT LEAST 1 lap when you are done ( would prefer 2 laps) and then STRETCH and drink water. LADIES DON’T LET ME DOWN! I am going to run tonight when I am done with this long ass shoot day-so if I can do it so CAN YOU!!! GOOOOOOOOOO TEAM!
