VFG’s ain’t tryin’ to eat at a buffet! We are on a diet!
Today was a great day….after being in some weird energy last night, I had to work-out moreso to feel sane!
Kam & I hiked & decided to play tennis this afternoon. What a work-out! i love tennis!
Staying healthy & fit is very important….it takes me to another level. I hope that the VFGs are still inspiring you to stay on your grind. We will have more episodes with the other girls when our schedules connect!!!! I know it’s been a long time for all the VFGs to be in one place lately….hahaha…until next time!!!
