About The Valleywood Fit Girls

Funny, motivated, inspiring, fearless’….just some of the many terms used by fans to describe a group of women who decided to change their lives one exercise at a time! Founded in 2009, the Valleywood Fit Girls aka “The VFGs” have thousands of fans across the nation on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and the Valleywood Fit Girls Club Web site.

With over 80+ videos on Youtube, the VFG webisodes cover a wide range of topics, including everything from working in the entertainment industry, to beauty, fitness, dating, family and more! Celebrity sightings are not uncommon on our site as we have featured several celebrities in our webisodes. In addition, we have a Q&A segment called Ask VFG and we host guest hikes in the warmer months and all are welcome to attend.

If you need any legal advice, I’ll see what I can do. You need to have a fan appreciation day where certain fans (hint hint) get to jog with you guys. But have a body guard near by ! haaaaa Tell Cecily not to jog that butt off !!! LOL

A.M. August 8, 2009 at 10:01 pm: I think you all should choose different areas of Southern California to walk in and send out media releases. I live in Orange county and I know there are a lot of trails here too. Each episode of your show could be a different trail and invite sign ups a week before the hike or filming. Limit your participants to people who have a medical clearance. Sale t-shirts after each hike to keep getting the name out there. I’m currently working out with Curtis of bootcampfx.com and he would be glad to be guest on your show. He has a cool boot camp here in Fullerton. That could be an episode for your Youtube uploads. I’m so excited!! Valleywood Fit Girls Club will definitely be an excellent tv show. (Facebook Comment)

Here is Memphis, mention the word gym and everyone starts with the “Gym? Why would you go to the gym” or “Girl, the only thing I’m about to lift is this 40oz. Big Gulp.” Gee whiz. It must be nice to be around a group of like-minded individuals who are about diet, fitness and keeping in shape. I wish there could be such a group like this in Memphis. Then again, if anyone knows of such a group like this in Memphis, tell me! Keep up the good work.
